The TRX Atomic Push Up is one of my favorite exercises because it combines 3D core stabilization with pushing, rotation and hip/back dissociation (at least when you do it the way I prefer to do it).

“Bends and thrusts—ready–begin!!!” The prime motivator in USMC bootcamp is a walk in the park compared to this exercise, Steve-o!!
I can tell immediately that you can’t “cheat” by use of gravity & high velocity rebound inertia!! Whewweee, are you a D.I.?
