search fitnessanywhere on google. It’s called the TRX Suspension Training system.

You just inspired me, i started out with weight lifting but grew tired of it after a month, so i started to run at 70-80% BPM for 45 minutes everyday, i do some push ups, pull ups, crunches, hanging knees etc, going for my third week now, and my strength is really something else, you do great, seriously. Can i buy those ropes at a regular sports store?
Keep up the good work man. You’re really something.

Thanks for the kind words. Please continue to do the things that make you happy and keep you fit. That’s what working out should be all about my friend! Good luck.

ok, he is undoubtably fit, but i dont see the point or benifit in these strange excersises, whats wrong with conventional training ???
and wots with the fatigues, is this guy a.w.o.l. ? LOL

deebo5000 July 3, 2008 at 4:03 pm

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the conventional style of lifting! This is just another form of EXERCISE! Exercise should be several things like fun, innovative, progressive, repeatable etc and that’s all I am doing. It’s just adding a little something different to some of the other styles of workouts I perform. What happens to a boxer who doesn’t practice take downs and ground work in the MMA? Asking me that question earlier is like asking a MMA guy “what’s wrong with just being a boxer?

No thank you for your comment! I appreciate you watching the video and stating your opinion. Many people share your thoughts. I just would like to open peoples eyes to different way to workout and in my opinion a fun way to exercise.

Hi Deebo5000,

Very impressive. Thank you for uploading! I’ve been considering buying the TRX to use as additional facet to my training regime. My problem is that the only pole/post I could use at home is a 4 x 4 vertical post. Do you have any thoughts/opinions on this?

deebo5000 July 17, 2008 at 4:00 pm

Yeah. Just screw in a heavy duty eye hook into that 4×4. This should work that is if that 4×4 is at least 7 feet off the ground. Please let me know if you have anymore questions. Good training!

I always find this kind of training alot of fun and alot more varied than the gym.But strangely public perception means people look at you ike you are a bit mad. If you train like this.
However in the gym they take no notice. We need to be more like Asia. There they just exercise where they want and when they want, wearing anything they want. It is much more benificial to society. Than the way we view training

Because we are so commercial in the west.
We feel like we must spend money to get in shape.Nike Adidas and others have warped our ideas

James 4
11 Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. 12There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?
15Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” 16… All such boasting is evil.

This workout looks great; the only problem I would have with it is that it’s very advanced. I’m not even going to try to do pushups with my foot up like that. :) I’d love to see any intermediate level bodyweight + trx workout. Something for people in pretty shape already but not superheroes like the man in the video. Thanks!

SweetPotatoe7 February 2, 2009 at 11:46 am

Wonderful. I love these type of workouts. Thanks for posting.

Does this works the rotator cuffs? :)

HaliFins March 1, 2009 at 8:08 pm

awesome

navysealtm12 March 3, 2009 at 11:38 am

ANy sequence of exercises done over a long enuff duration will the body to exhaustion. Also. Tho every part is worked. This type of training would only be suited to break up a mundane routine, and not for extended use. Tho the individual in the video is in great shape. I doubt very much that doing this type of workout is what did it.
