Creatine, Stemulite Side Effects and Long Term Studies

by Stephen Holt, Stemulite Fitness Pro

Although I’ve made it clear I’m “having issues” with the company that makes Stemulite, I have absolutely no problems with the actual product and will gladly continue to answer your questions about Stemulite.

I don’t work for them, but will always work for you.

Here’s a question I just got from a gentleman named Mac:

Based on everything I have read so far, I have no doubt that the product will achieve the desired effect.

However, like Matt, I would like to see some more long term studies.

Like what happens if you take it for a few months to a year and then stop? I know with creatine you can lose a lot of muscle fast and keep on excess fat weight.

So more information on side effects are what I’m really interested in.

Hi, Mac -
We’re quickly approaching the one-year anniversary of Stemulite being widely available on the market.

And several of the Tampa Bay Bucs and other lucky, well-connected people (likke me) had it months before it came to market.

That’s fairly long-term, don’t you agree?

A major difference between creatine and Stemulite is that Stemulite focuses on myofibril hypertrophy (more proteins in your muscle cells) while creatine and illegal steroids often result in more sarcoplasmic hypertrophy (increased cytoplasm and stored energy substrates).

In short, muscle cells stimulated by the use of Stemulite have a greater tendency to “stick.”

Keep in mind, however, that with any supplement, once you stop taking the supplement (or any food or drug, for that matter), you can’t possibly expect the results to last forever.

BTW, there’s nothing about creatine that would cause you to “keep on excess fat weight.” There are other factors not directly involving creatine that are involved.

I hope that helps.

tried Stemulite for several months. saw results quickley. but felt tightness in chest when taking the recommended dosage of 2 on workout days. tightness/anxiety discomfort continued. stopped taking, and now body is going thru physical pain, back shoulders in particular. question: is this normal part of the process,(physical pain, due to muscle loss), once you stopped?
Appreciate some honest, serious response.

Thanks,
ga
