Great tips from Jayson, Mr. Holt. If people would just take the time to eat breakfast…it’s amazing how hard people like to make losing weight. Just a few small changes – like eating breakfast – can deliver significant results.

The older I get the more I have to worry about belly fat. My husband just said the secret was eating breakfast, which I tend to skip. Now I have to let him know he was right.
