The 12 Pounds of Xmas [Fat Loss]

You know how the song goes, now count it down with me…

12 pounds of fat loss (from the TT for Fat Loss manual -,

11 pounds of muscle (gained in 8 weeks from the TT for Mass manual,

10 Advanced TT Workouts (10 advanced fat loss Turbulence Training workouts comprise the year long fat loss plan in my Get Lean manual),

9 out of 10 intensity (that’s how hard you should work in each advanced interval),

8 repetitions (per exercise to build more muscle and burn more calories than the traditional high-rep workouts)

7 minute circuit (the 7-minute bodyweight circuit is the perfect way to get a total body workout done in no time at home, the office, or at the in-laws, featured in the Holiday Fat Loss manual),

6 intervals per workout,

5 exercise improvements (when you use an efficient and effective Turbulence Training bodyweight or free weight exercises you can often replace up to 5 more common and less effective machine exercises),

4 weeks per training phase (before you need to switch up your program to another TT workout)

3 workouts per week (is surprisingly, all the average guy or gal needs to make big changes in their body),

2 non-competing exercises (paired together in my trademark supersets is one of my secrets to getting these amazing workouts done in only 45 minutes),

and a new body in two-thousand and sixxxxxxxx!
