As you age, shoulder strength and flexibility becomes an issue.
- We are less active and don’t do many of the things that allowed us to move and exercise our joints – especially the shoulder joint
- During middle age, any damaging, repetitive overhead motion begins to take its toll
- If you are active, the chances increase that you’ll participate in some activity that results in a shoulder injury followed by surgery to correct the problem
