1A – Side Plank
1B – Dynamic Side Plank
1C – Active Straight Leg Lowering
1D – Single Leg Bridge w/Adduction
2A – Side Slide
2B – Cable One Arm Row
3A – Tubing Resisted Run
3B – Push Ups
3C – Cable Compound High Row
4 – Sand Bag Alternating Lunge
5A – Cable D2 Flexion
5B – Tubing Standing “T” (mid trap)
