Questioning Stemulite Side Effects

by Stephen Holt, Stemulite Fitness Pro

I still get questions about the possible side effects of Stemulite everyday. Here’s the latest …

from David

Hi, im interested in taking stemulite but i guess im a little leary of short term and long term side effects. Everywhere I look online all I keep seeing is about how great it is. I was also wondering if the FDA has approved the supplement. Thanks in advance.

Hi, David -
The FDA neither approves or disapproves Stemulite. The individual ingredients in Stemulite, however, have been deemed GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the FDA.

Few people realize that although drugs have to be approved by the FDA before reaching the market, supplements don’t have to be approved.

Supplement companies can volunteer for approval but there’s really no point. The approval process can take years and cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

This cost would be passed on to the consumer and make the product prohibitively expensive.

Besides, studies by the FDA show that most people already assume all supplements are approved by the FDA. Thus FDA approval wouldn’t even sway most consumers.

The GRAS classification at least implies the FDA sees no detrimental short or long term effects.

Deals with places like GNC and BJ’s are in the works, but for now there’s still only one place to buy Stemulite.

I need to know if I can take stemulite as I am almost 75 years old, osteopenic, quite slender but strong, minor elevation of cholesterol but subject to fractures and some imbalance occasionally (when under stress). I take evista and actonel, simvistatin, good quality vitamins, lots of callcium and D. I do NOT workout but am somewhat on the hyper side. Thank you. Merrel. (I sleep very well and have good eating habits.)

Hi, Merrel -
There is no upper age limit when taking Stemulite. In fact, you are more likely to see positive effects quicker than someone who’s younger.

BTW, strength training benefits virtually everyone at virtually any age. Ask your physician about leading you in the right direction pertaining to starting a strength training program. – Stephen

Sorry, the manufacturers of Stemulite recommend that anyone under the age of 18 should see a physician before considering Stemuliite. Frankly, I recommend that teenagers let their natural hormones do the work for now and not take sports supplements at all in most cases. – Stephen
