Stemulite with Your Protein Shake?
This Stemulite question actually came up from yours truly months ago. I hope this answer straight from Dr. Summers is helpful for you, too.
Dr. Summers, I usually have a protein shake before bedtime on a workout day. Does this interfere with the Nighttime Formula at all? Thanks. - Stephen
Having a protein shake before bedtime on the workout day does not interfere with the Nighttime Formula.
In fact, it is just the opposite.
I am going to get slightly technical here:
Stemulite is designed to utilize the sleeping period - especially REM sleep - to transport protein and other nutrients stored in the endoplasmic membrane to the Golgi apparatus where they are further processed then transported to the nucleus of the cell.
Proteins, carbohydrates, phospholipids, and other molecules formed in the endoplasmic reticulum are transported to the Golgi apparatus to be biochemically modified during their transition from the cis (meaning the part of the protein that enters the Golgi) to the trans (the part that exits the Golgi) poles of the complex.
Of course this is a 24 hour process, but during sleep it is able to do this without interference from external signals emanating from normal waking activity.
This whole process is greatly assisted by the release of human growth factor (HGH) that we promote with Indium.
Once transported into the nucleus of the cell, the muscle gene c-myc, instructs the DNA to synthesize the processed protein into polypeptide component form.
These tiny peptide components are like parts of a pre-fab home. They are nailed together in the muscle resulting in muscle tissue.
More later.
