Stemulite Complaints?
“Stemulite ‘Expert’ Complaints” might have been a more accurate title. Here’s a lovely comment I just got from a non-customer who sadly had nothing better to do for Mother’s Day…
stephen holt, you are such a f***ing tool. you keep saying you don’t have the “time to waste” on replying to these comments, yet you respond to mostly all of them.
if stemulite really produces the amazing results you claim, then it would be world renowned and every obese person in America (probably about half our population) would be on it.
why don’t you do something productive with your life. like helping out the 100,000 people who just died because of a cyclone, or working for a cause that actually makes the world better, rather than snooping around on internet forums trying to sell a product that obviously isn’t anything amazing. then again, “it’s all relative” bro. i wonder if people like you feel good about themselves and the things they’ve done during their lives when they’re on their deathbeds.
Well, thanks for your input - interesting way to promote social awareness.
Now let’s look at some actual facts…
There’s no way of knowing if I reply to “mostly all of them” since there’s no way of knowing how many comments I delete, never publish, completely ignore or never even see because I permanently blocked the IP. (Yep, calling a complete stranger “a f***ing tool” gets you blocked forever.)
Now, for the facts about Stemulite …
Stemulite has been available to the general public for less than three months with virtually zero marketing. We are, however, scheduled for a feature on Greg Gumbel’s “Eye on America,” so maybe that 50% market share won’t be far off.
As I recall, I’ve never said Stemulite was “amazing.” I’ve just stated results from some of our happy customers. My job a a consultant with Metabolic Research, Inc. (the company behind Stemulite) is simply to present the facts. The sales figures and market research show that people who actually try Stemulite re-order and refer their friends to order, too.
That’s far from “amazing,” but it does indicate our customers are happy with their results.
Now that we’ve heard the commenter had to say about me, let’s see what some others had to say…
“Committed to improving lives”
in nomination for Maryland Leukemia Society Man of the Year Award
“I am heartened to hear of your efforts. Keep up the good work.”
The Honorable Barbara Mikulski, United States Senator - Maryland
“Personifies what it means to live in this country”
Keith Mills, 2News sportscaster
So, people who actually know something about me don’t think I’m a “f***ing tool.”
Here are some other helpful facts our commenter must have missed …
- that I recently donated my car to the MS Society (my wife has MS)
- my support of the search for a cure for pancreatic cancer and fellow fitness pro, Alan Boshell, whose wife died of pancreatic cancer
- my work with LiftStrong.com supporting my dear friend and lymphoma survivor, Alwyn Cosgrove
- that I ran the San Antonio Marathon with the Leukemia Society’s Team in Training
- that I was once the coach of Team Diabetes (another marathon training program)
- that I volunteered for seven years on Maryland Governor’s Fitness Council
So before you get all self-righteous, at least get your facts straight.
Yes, I can proudly say I feel damn good about what I’ve done with my life.
And I go to bed happy that I’ve help make other people’s lives better (that’s what we personal trainers do on a daily basis) - and, yes, that includes introducing people to a product that positively affects their quality of life.
I’m blessed; my mom raised me right. Happy Mother’s Day, Mom!

I’ve taken other stimulants that advertise metabolism enhancement with adverse results. On past supplements I’ve had trouble sleeping, waking up several times in a cold sweat, and throughout the day my heart races. Have you ever experienced any of these symptoms with a product that advertises to enhance your metabolism? And if so, does this product have any of those side effects? I love working out, but not enough to sacrifice my sleep for it. Also, your resume of community service is quite impressive. I bet that idiot with a flaming keyboard hasn’t done half of the things youve accomplished in your life. Keep up the good work and I appreciate any response you can offer. Thanks!
Hi, Duke -
Stemulite does not work by stimulating your central nervous system like some weight loss products do.
Not only will it not force you to sacrifice your sleep, it will enhance it. In fact, the most consistent “side effect” is that Stemulite promotes deeper, more restorative sleep.
Sorry about that “resume of community service.” It was a knee jerk reaction to an ignorant (in the true sense of the word) comment from someone who had no clue about my life beyond working with Stemulite.
Thanks for the kind words, though.
- Stephen
hello, i don’t know really know what to ask, except does your product really work, i am looking for something with real results, and i was wondering if this describes your product correcly? “something to get me very strong, but also healthy, more cut, and not bloated ( i took pro hormones, and they made me gain weight like crazy, but i was more bloated and good weight) I want to be healthy, and i want to get cut, and strong” is this good for me?
