Stemulite FAQ - Answers to the Top Stemulite Questions

by Stephen Holt, Stemulite Fitness Pro

Have questions about the new supplement, Stemulite? Of course you do.

The questions are direct quotes from comments here on my Stemulite blog. The answers are straight from Dr. Summers, the inventor of Stemulite, and the company that distributes Stemulite. (Sorry, they’re all busy people, so their answers are right to the point.)

1 ) You didn’t really answer the side effects question. What exactly are the side effects?

There are no known side effects to taking Stemulite.

[from Stephen] Each of the ingredients is classified as GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) by the FDA.

2 ) Is this product safe for youth? 14 years old That are starting weight training??

(From the distributors) “There are a few parents who are overseeing their kids on half doses of Stemulite. As you know, we have not tested Stemulite on kids, and invariably advise these parents to get their personal docs ok. Having said that, there is nothing in Stemulite that I know of that could be detrimental or I wouldn’t even make the statement regarding the ‘half dose’ if the doctor gives his ok.”

3 ) What is the impact on the liver and kidneys?

Stemulite has a beneficial effect on both.

4 ) How does this product show on a urinalysis?

Makes the urine have a sulfur-like smell and slightly yellowish.

[from Stephen] If you’ve eaten asparagus, you’ll be familiar with the effect Stemulite has on your urine. The answer I’m assuming you’re looking for is that Stemulite has no negative effect on a urinalysis test. As you’ll see in the testimonials from Tampa Bay Bucs Simeon Rice and Ellis Wyms, Stemulite has been tested and found to be acceptable for professional football players.

5 ) also i’d like to know if there is a certain workout regime once you start taking Stemulite.

Hard workout with rotating muscle groups worked to fatigue will accelerate muscle development because it is the stem-cell recruitment method. Just to stay fit and feel good, a simple walking exercise of similar method will give energy, and gradual strength with good sleep and antioxidants to prevent disease.

[from Stephen] See more about the workout programs below.

6 ) Is there a certain recommendation for how long you should use it before you decide to stop using it.

No.

7 ) Can you keep taking the product continuously or its recommended to take a break from it before using it again.

Yes, it is best to keep Stemulite in your system, there is no need to cycle off.

[from Stephen] Dude, it’s not like steroids!

8 ) Also i’d like to know if there are any supplements that should not be taken and avoided while taking Stemulite?

No.

[from Stephen] See, I told you they got right to the point. I think the issue is that some people think Stemulite is some type of drug. It’s not. It’s completely natural and works along with your body’s natural processes.

9 ) And last is probably a common question - How long before you can see any results after using Stemulite (I understand that it can work differently for everyone, I just want know the average time where u can expect any positive results)

If you follow the stem-cell recruitment routine, you can see definite results within 30 days.

[from Stephen] I usually recommend that skeptics start with a single 30 day supply to start seeing results then sign up for the autoship option to save up to 10%.

About this “stem cell recruitment routine” …

Dr. Summers has asked me (’though it’s not in my contract, Doc ;-) ) to design a Stem Cell Recruitment Routine to be used for maximal muscle development with Stemulite. If you’re interested in this routine, just leave a comment.

If you’re just trying to get leaner and firmer, use Stemulite along with the 3-4-5 Basic Routine you’ll find in my free report, The Routine That Worked Wonders. (Grab it by signing up on that form to your right >> )

10 ) Bonus Question: Where can I buy Stemulite?

You can get your Stemulite right here, and only here.

I am ordering Stemulite tomorrow, May 4, 2008. For all you cheap ass bastards who are making negative comments without trying it, I will let you know in 30 days (plus shipping) if I was a sucker or if it works. If it is out there, I have used it. I am over 40 and need to improve my cardio. Five years ago, I weighed in at 145. Now I am at 190, which is mostly muscle, but I do like my desserts. Cardio was never part of my regimen but I started last week.

I am very cut and dry. If it sucks, I will let you know. If it works, I will tell you all about that too.

Stephen Holt, if you are the professional that you profess to be, I expect you to post this on all the sites you monitor (and send me the special code).

I just did stemulite for a month and I went from 27% bodyfat to 21%. I gained 4# of muscle and lost 2 kilos. Not bad at all. I followed a serious gym routine 5days a week for 90 minutes. Recovery became less painful (easy- only fatigue) and power increased. I think it was the stemulite.

I’ve just discovered endothil-cr and stemulite. I’ve been trying to do all the research that I can. So far, I’ve read that with endthil-cr, once people stopped taking it, they lost the muscle size and strenght increase.
Will this also happen if I take stemulite and then quit taking it a couple of months later.

If you continue to lift with the same intensity, you should see minimal decrease in muscle size and strength.

Sorry, but no supplement will have permanent results. - Stephen

Hi, Brett -
Frankly, we’re negotiating a deal concerning my involvement with the Stemulite Workout Program, and it’s not going well (to say the least).

Let me know what you’re currently doing in your workouts, and I’ll gladly make recommendations on how you can get the most out of it along with your use of Stemulite. - Stephen

Ordered Stemulite, can I get the workout regimen.

I am interested in the workout routine your are talking about. I currently do 3-4 day/wk total body workouts. Emphasizing complex movements with little down time. I just came across this product and am interested in seeing what it can do.

On stemulite.com, the dosage for men is recommended as: “On “non-workout” days it is recommended for Men to take one Day-time tablet with water in the morning before you eat and take one Night-time tablet one hour before bed. On “workout” or “exercise” days take two Day-time tablets with water first thing in the morning and two Night-time tablets before bed. Some Stemulite users experience the desired benefits of Stemulite on a daily serving of one Day-time tablet in the morning and one Night-time tablet at night.”

Yet on another source (gnc.com) I’ve seen the recommended dosage as: “Day-Time Recommended Use: Take 2 tablets first thing in the morning of a workout day.
Night-Time Recommended Use: Take two tablets on the evening of a workout day one hour before bed.”

Can you tell me which directions I should be following?

Stephen Holt, Stemulite Fitness Pro March 2, 2009 at 4:52 pm

Your second paragraph has the most recent recommendation, though Dr. Summers once told me taking Stemulite right before a workout was proving to be highly effective in his experiments at the time.

If you’re looking for just the general health benefits of Stemulite, you may be just fine with one tablet a day on non-workout days.

If you’re trying to build muscle, stick with 2 tablets of each every day. - Stephen

I did my research on the ingredient quercetin in stemulite.

Some Researchers said that healthy people should stay away from quercetin because they don’t know if it can cause cancer or not.Until they solve that, I will not be taking stemulite and stay away from it until they are clear that it doesn’t cause cancer.

Stephen Holt, Stemulite Fitness Pro March 4, 2009 at 9:17 am

Hi, Daniel -
Actually, the American Cancer Society suggests the opposite. I address this in this post:

I’m a 29 yr old white male……currently about 215 lbs and I’m 5 9. I ordered stemulite bc the research looked fairly substantial. I walk/run 20-30 minutes daily on treadmill, use exercise ball, and total gym. I’m not big into free weights or gyms. I’m looking to get in great shape within the next couple of months before the summer. What kind of routine would you recommend me using with my options (tread, ball and total gym) to increase and sustain weight loss and overal muscle definition?? I also eat really healthy already and have cut out soft drinks from my diet. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I’ll definitely post if the stemulite helps or not. Thanks for the help.
