Stemulite Controversy - Better Than Steroids?
See, I play fair…
Here’s a comment about Stemulite I just got from a reader named Jamie Parsons. Since he was bold enough to put what may actually be his real name - it seems to match his email alias reasonably well - I’m publishing his negative comment for everyone to see.
Though I’m amazed there are a couple of people out there on the Internet who make disparaging, ad hominem (look it up) remarks about me and Dr. Summers, yet are such cowards they leave fake names and phony email addresses.
(By the way, I do track IP addresses, so I know who the phonies really are.)
Here’s what Mr. Parsons has to say:
Endothil was junk and i can guarantee u this is junk. u can’t promote a natural product to be the same or better than steroids because that’s not gonna happen. and maybe if this actually came from a reputable company and not someone who hyped green tomato extract as the next big thing. hell if i had enough money i could pay a scientist to tell the public whatever i want them to
Thanks for sharing, Jamie. See, I’ll publish anything.
Now, for some actual facts…
Endothil did $27 million in sales with ZERO advertising. That means the vast majority of the “marketing” came from word-of-mouth by satisfied customers to their friends and from repeat sales - again, from satisfied customers.
(I’m sure a handful of people bought it because of the fancy packaging, too.)
I have nothing to do with the marketing side of Stemulite, so I can confess I wasn’t quite happy with the implied comparisons to steroids.
The phrase “better than steroids” really means Stemulite helps build muscle without the side effects of steroids. Stemulite also increases myofibril hypertrophy rather than the sarcoplasmic hypertrophy that often comes with steroids.
I’m sure, however, many people read “Better than Steroids” and infer Stemulite builds bigger muscles faster than steroids - which any thinking person (I hope) knows is not true. The FDA would be all over us. Plus, the Tampa Bay Bucs wouldn’t have been allowed to use it.
(You have seen the testimonials from NFL All-Pro Simeon Rice and Ellis Wyms, right?)
As I’ve explained before, the original research showed nicotine helped increase strength and muscle size in rats. Later research showed you could get the same results from other plants in the Solanaceae family including the green tomato extract in Endothil CR and the eggplant extract in Stemulite.
Maybe the formulation of Endothil didn’t work for you (any doctor will tell you different substances yield varying results in different people) or maybe you didn’t follow the strict workout protocol suggested in your instructions for Endothil.
It doesn’t really matter.
What does matter is that Endothil worked well enough for body builders to keep buying it. And Stemulite, because it’s formulation is both more diverse and far more powerful, will continue to please our thousands of repeat buyers.
If you choose not to buy Stemulite, that’s certainly your prerogative and I wish you the best. Just get some facts straight before you make a “guarantee.”
