Does Stemulite work?

Great for you!
First time consistently weight(dumbbell)/cardio training.
Not slow, boring, waste-of-time cardio, I hope. I’ll post the latest data I learned at FitComXpo (it’s not too late to get access to all 100 sessions) soon.
Reader’s Digest version (god, I must be old) … short, intense “sprint-like” training is far more effective at burning fat than the slow cardio you see most people doing in the gym.
But I digress. Back to the unsolicited review …
Plateaued weight and strength since November 07
I waited until using Stemulite for 1 month to report my progress. I never post to blogs but felt compelled to this time. My results so far:
Strength increase – gone from 12-15 reps to 18-21 reps with the same weight. I have to buy more weight. Maxed out on current weight.
- Endurance throughout exercise. Stronger on the end than the beginning.
- No soreness, aches, or discomfort after workout.
- My weight has not changed, but my pants are slowly loosening.
- Much more restful sleep. I just feel better overall.
- Stemulite so far performs as advertised.
(Okay, Emanuel, next time you post on my blog, we’ll work on punching up your prose a little

Ok i have been in weight training for many years and have taken many supplements. The problem i have is this person says they could lift six more pounds after one month. I hate to say but that is a small increase and I would hope to get that after one month without supplements. Anyone wanting to take this just go to walmart but ALA and L-carnitine cause thats all it is. It will save you a lot of money.

As for the “six pounds” comment, I have no idea what you’re talking about. Please take a moment and read the testimonials from the Tampa Bay Bucs and the former Mr. Florida.
Nothing personal – but to all the naysayers claiming Stemulite is just another overpriced supplement full of ingredients you can get at Wal Mart – a smart business person would simply put together the “same” formulation (minus the proprietary eggplant extract stem cell agonist, of course) and sell it for less.

Stephen, I never heard of stemulite until about 30 minutes ago. I have used a few supplements over the years, and have had good success with a couple, nmaely Creatine and M-one-T. I am a serious lifter, but am getting older, soon to be 54, but still look for supplements that work. I try to find out everything I can before I spend the money and put it into my body. I’ll be tracking this to see how well it works, and find out about any side effects.

30 min after taking my first dose of stemulite my chest ached off and on for the whole day, along with, about 20 or so heart palpitations never happened before this day hasnt happened since. Im a healthy fit 23 year old but I couldnt work out while taking this product. did anybody else experiance anything like this
