I want to purchase Stemulite, however, I’m a bit concerned that the only way to contact the company is via email or a voice recorder that no one seems to man. Do you still endorse the product/company and is there an affiliate or distributor that can be reached live? When I order I want to get it shipped 2nd day or overnight.

Here’s the story …
The main company is Metabolic Research, Inc. They’re in charge of the production of Stemulite.
Metabolic has a three phase marketing plan: 1) Internet, followed by 2) “brick-and-mortar stores”, and 3) “a nationwide syndication of broadcasters” which seems to mean a bunch of internet affiliates.
All the Internet stuff is handled by Jan Hrkach (you’ll see him in the videos that should be just to the right of this post) and his company, True Healthy Products, LLC.
As you may have read in a recent post, Stemulite had $123,497 worth of satisfied customers just in February (technically, just in the second half of February).
The March projection is twice that, a quarter of a million dollars.
That’s a lot of Stemulite going out the doors.
Like many companies on the Internet, True Healthy Products is a “lean” company with Jan and his assistant doing much of the work and outsourcing the rest.
Even I have trouble getting in touch with Jan – and I have his top-secret number.

Just like when dealing with your bank, phone company, etc., there’s just a tiny chance you’ll get to speak to a live operator without waiting on hold for what feels like an eternity.
That’s just the way modern day companies keep operating costs at a minimum – without transferring your call to India.
As you can tell, whenever I don’t have an answer myself, I send an email to Dr. Summers, the head of the company and co-creator of Stemulite. He always gets back to me within a day.

Here’s an updated response I just got from Lisa who’s in charge of customer support with the company that distributes Stemulite:
Our 888 number is a voice mail system. I answer all of them and return all calls.
If a customer wants to have the order overnighted, I can set their order up for them. Overnight shipping fees are an additional $40.00.
To have it sent 2nd day it is $18.00 and to have it sent ground is $9.00.
