At the risk of getting yelled at again for being “misleading” (as someone wrote in my Comments section) …
Stemulite is not officially approved by the FDA. Nor is it disapproved.
Nutraceuticals and supplements do not have to be approved by the FDA (so you can stop searching for information).
The FDA only goes after products that have proven to be dangerous (we’re safe there) and products making unsubstantiated claims (yep, safe there, too).
(So stop asking, okay?)
A new supplement company can, however, make the mistake of submitting a product to the FDA first and spending (literally) millions of dollars and waiting countless months (if not years) before finally getting the product on the market – hoping their “FDA Approved” label eventually recoups the loss of money and time.
Obviously, no business runs that way.
Enough …
Let’s move on to what the FTC has to say about safety and efficacy (for non-English majors, that’s the ability to do what it claims to do):
“The FTC typically requires claims about the efficacy or safety of dietary supplements to be supported with “competent and reliable scientific evidence,” defined in FTC cases as “tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that have been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.”
So here’s your “competent and reliable scientific evidence” …
Stemulite co-creator, Dr. David Summers patented Development of muscle mass in a mammal (United States Patent 7074812, issued July 11, 2006).
Here’s an abstract:
In a method of developing muscle mass in a mammal, nicotine or nicotine acetylcholine receptor agonist (nAChR) is administered in combination with exercise to stimulate, recruit and mobilize muscle cells to a specific muscle mass.
That’s the science behind Stemulite.
So here’s where you can buy Stemulite.
