Personal Training Seminar – Right at Your Computer

by Stephen Holt, Stemulite Fitness Pro

Damn that Ryan Lee! No matter what brilliant idea I come up with, he does it either first or better.

A few years ago when my daughter was born, I decided to cut back on speaking at fitness conventions because I didn’t want to be away from my family.

I started researching ways I could give presentations to other personal trainers online. That way I didn’t have to travel and neither did they.

Brilliant, huh?

Well, Ryan Lee has outdone me. He’s created FitComXpo.

Ryan has brought together 80+ fitness experts to take part in the World’s largest virtual fitness event.

Take a look at this A-list of fitness experts and personal fitness trainers:

  • Alywn Cosgrove
  • Mike Boyle
  • Dr. Chris Mohr
  • Jayson Hunter
  • Susan Hill
  • Brian Grasso
  • Steve Cotter
  • Pat Rigsby and Nick Berry
  • Jason Ferrugia
  • John Berardi
  • Lee Taft

    And a whole lot more… including …

  • ME, of course

WAIT – before you say, “But I’m not a fitness professional. This doesn’t apply to me” …

There are entire session tracks for “General Public,” and “Beginners and Students” and topics include coaching, online marketing, entrepreneurship and much more.

Registration opens today (02/20) so you’ll get an “early-bird” special of 50% OFF the ridiculously low admission. Act now and lock-in the early bird price.

Remember, it’s all online. You don’t have to go anywhere. If you’re a fitness professional and you’ve always used the excuse that travel and hotel costs too much, you don’t have any excuses left anymore.

See you there!

P.S. I’m speaking on Efficient, Effective Exercise Selection which is the perfect follow-up (if I say so myself) to the free report, The Workout that Worked Wonders. If you’ve been waiting to learn more about my exclusive training system, you need to hear my presentation.

Hi, Adam -
You’re certainly welcome!

As I always say, my mission is to help as many trainers as I can get all the information they need to help as many exercisers as possible.

I’ll be looking for you at my presentation. It’ll be a combination of the Advanced Functional Training Program Design and Biomechanics of Exercises and Machines I’ve done at national conventions. – Stephen
