Don’t worry. It didn’t happen here in the States. Just be careful when visiting a personal trainer in his home. If there’s a reason you must (I can’t think of one), make sure you have a chaperone(/witness) with you at all times.
Actually, no true professional would ever put himself in the position of even being accused of indecent assault. If you’re a trainer, NEVER put yourself in a position where you could be accused of indecent behavior.
A personal trainer has been given a nine-month suspended sentence in Melbourne for indecently assaulting one of his clients.
The court heard he assaulted her when she visited him at his home, and took photos of her semi-naked under the guise of monitoring her progress.
