How Turbulence Training Will Help You Lose Stubborn Fat
Sure, everyone on the Internet and on TV claims they have the secret for losing stubborn body fat.
The trouble is most of these poseurs can’t back up what they’re saying with any scientific reasoning whatsoever. (Keep in mind I write the questions for the personal trainer national board exam.)
