The Benefits of Krill Oil Vs. Fish Oil

All-natural supplements are usually much better because they typically have a lower frequency of side effects with daily use.

Fish oils are typically used as a dietary supplement because of the high levels of omega-3 fatty acids – including crucial EPA and DHA – that they contain.

Although fish oil itself has been used for quite some time, krill oil has recently becoming popular as well.

Krill oil is quickly becoming the supplement of choice, however, because it contains many more antioxidants and does not leave a fishy aftertaste as found with using fish oil.
